18mm Baltic Birch Plywood

Void free 18mm baltic birch plywood, rebate jointed at the corners.  This takes extra time, but is a design feature often omitted from many mass-produced speaker cabinets.

The joinery construciton and tight tolerances improve overall cabinet resonance and sustain for a tight and punchy tone.

Dado Jointed Front Baffle and Rear Supports

The front and rear support panels are slotted into the main cabinet surround with precision cut 9mm dado joint.  This is results in a tight joint and almost seemless connection between the wood panels.  Tightbond glue and a mechanically fixed with a few reinforcement blocks for extreme strength.
